How long will it take before I receive my package?
We send your package under 48 hours after receiving your payment. The package, being sent from Thailand, may take up from 10 to 15 days before you’ll receive it. The average time is about 2 weeks. We send the Tracking Number after shipping.

Will there be problems at customs?
Normally no, but you need to check with your country's custom. We write a description of the product sent to you and often add the word “Gift” to it. But if they are problems with your custom we aren't responsible, and we cannot refund back your money. We are not responsible of broken packages.

What about the expiration date?
All our products are bought straight from the factory. This way our products have a longer time to go before their expiration date is reached.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We are affiliated to Paypal in order to guarantee payments on each side. On top of that, Paypal offers the possibility to pay with your credit card.
